Simonds were expanding their suburban sales offices and required a 1000m2 two storey fitout serving
their Springvale clientele.
Simonds required a fitout that could be easily reconfigured, so a demountable 44mm wide system was
used.
Independent offices and low partition support modules were required in this fitout along with
reception and glazed meeting rooms.
The works were completed within Simonds Homes timeframe & budget.
